What matters is to be able to suspend thinking for a few minutes every day.
Give yourself a break, as short as it might be.
Once trained, once integrated by your mind, through repetition, you will have a tool for resilience that will help you in adversity, a tool that will allow you to manage your emotions in hard times.
These assertions are not lifted from some random feelgood book. They are my conclusions after surviving and rebuilding from the ashes of the most horrendous events a mother and a wife could endure and find a path out of it all to be able to tell you the tale here today.
