Meditation has been around for over 4000 years. It is not spiritual in any way. Its practice has biological consequences. The goal is not to think about nothing because that is impossible, our brain is made to think. By training, we can decide what we want to think about. So if a stressful subject comes back in a loop, we learn to no longer let ourselves be invaded and directed by this subject. We learn to no longer suffer.
- To answer these questions, we need some biological bases, we need to understand:
- What is stress,
- How it becomes chronic,
- Why it is neurotoxic and pathogenic,
- How our brain communicates with the outside world.
- explanations about the brain, stress, birth and the role of emotions, why and how meditation has a biological impact on our brain...
- a time of meditation including mental preparation for concentration and imagination, gentle physical movements and deep breathing activating the diaphragm.
- A good anti-stress lifestyle reflex.
- A break for your brain, which is constantly and exhaustingly used every day.
- A concrete and effective tool to have control over your emotions.
- A range of new sensations in the body and mind
The perfect combo to take back control of your stress.
